May this be regarded also as a refutation of [the view of] Resh Lakish?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Who holds the opinion that the expression of 'gift' used in connection with the one, does not make effective the term 'inheritance' applied to the other. ');">²⁷</span> — [How can] you think so! Did not Raba say,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Yeb. 36a, Hul. 76a. ');">²⁸</span> 'The law is in accordance with [the views] of Resh Lakish in these three [cases]'?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Of which the view he advanced here is one. Surely, it would not have been regarded as law if it were refuted by the Baraitha. ');">²⁹</span>
